About St. Jude Children's Hospital
St. Jude is a pediatric treatment and research facility that works with children that have catastrophic illnesses at no cost to the patient. St. Jude is a place where many doctors send some of their sickest patients and toughest cases. A place where cutting-edge research and revolutionary discoveries happen every day. Our Chapter holds a lot of events during the year in support of St. Jude.  We strive hard to help Tri-Delta's national goal of $10 million dollars in 10 years.  Our events include:

Letter Writing Campaign
Each of the members of our chapter send out letters to friends and family seeking donations.   We gather as a chapter one night and listen to music and write to our friends and family.  This event has been very successful in the past with so many generous donations.

Pancake Breakfast
Every fall semester our chapter puts on this event to raise money for St. Jude. To support this worthy cause, the members of our chapter host a pancake breakfast for friends, family, and our community.  We open the doors of our home and cook unlimited amounts of pancakes.

Triple Play
Triple Play is a softball tournament that our chapter puts on every spring.  We have other organizations come out and show their support for St. Jude by playing softball.   We usually have a dad's team as well, which is a lot of fun having them come out and show their support as well.  Each team gets a t-shirt and is gaurenteed to play in two games.  During the game we sell water and gatorade, as well as hold a great raffle!

Each year two members of our chapter have the opportunity to visit St. Jude.  They get tours of the hospital, hang out with the children, and learn more about St. Jude and the impact the hospital has had on so many families.  Here are some stories of their experience:

"Being able to attend the St. Jude leadership conference was undoubtedly one of the most amazing experiences that I have ever had. To be able to see what Tridelta has accomplished was amazing, to hear and see who we are helping made me want to work even harder to raise as much as we can for the organization. It was so amazing to see every tridelta chapter come together for a weekend and just work on accomplishing bigger and better goals for the next year. This organization has a place in every member of tridelta's heart and I am so happy to be apart and working for such and amazing organization.
